There are several reasons why people change their jobs. The most obvious one is that they do not earn enough money. A high percentage of workers change jobs for salary and benefits alone.
Young people who are embarking on a career have different reasons. Some claim that they would like to experience different kinds of job. They say that taking up various occupations is very interesting， and can broaden one’s outlook on life.
Some people change jobs owing to their lack of interest to their present occupation. But as a matter of fact， most of these people can not find another job. This is probably why many of them return to their previous company after a short while. Changing jobs is very risky in China， because many people are not guaranteed housing in their next job. I think it is better to keep one job all one’s life. Although one is guaranteed a life-long employment， one can not earn as much as one could if one changes to a good job each year.
