英国工作签证有哪几种?
Tier 1 (General) General visa is for highly paid employees with a job offer from an approved employer. You can apply to extend your stay if you are in work, but not all employers will be able to sponsor you and the minimum salary required depends on where they're based. You need at least £20,800 ($35,000), or £197 per week outside London plus benefits. In London it’s at least £23,400($41,000), £222 per week, including benefits. Tier 1 (Post-study Work) This was a separate route designed only for students who had completed two years full time study in higher education in the UK and wanted to stay and search for employment after their course finished. It has now been replaced by the Tier 2 (Graduate Entrepreneur) route which will allow talented graduates interested in setting up businesses here in the future to come and take advantage of support available for budding entrepreneurs, subject to meeting certain criteria.
If you want to go straight into employment as soon as possible then look again when these changes have bedded down. There should still be some opportunity to qualify under this route though, although not much – see below. The old route would also allow talented young people without any university background to enter the country as apprentices working towards specific qualifications such as a master blacksmith or master baker etc; unfortunately that option no longer exists. Instead we suggest you use your student visa first to get onto our Tier 4 Training To Work scheme which could well help you qualify under one of Tiers 1, 2 or 5 later. See: How To Get A Sponsored Visa As An Apprentice For further details about how this works, click . Please note that this does not affect students currently completing courses on this route. They remain eligible to apply to switch into either the Graduate Route category (previously Post Study Work) or Tier 2 General routes depending on what they do next, whether that is continue their studies or seek work upon completion. We expect to issue guidance before summer 2021 on eligibility requirements.
